Request for Expressions of Interest for Consultancy/ Research firm (National)

The Ministry of Commerce is implementing the Technical Assistance Part of IDA financed Bangladesh Regional Connectivity Project-1 (BRCP-1). The BRCP-1, MoC intends to apply a part of the IDA Credit for procuring services from Consultancy/ Research firm for the following service.

Bangladesh Regional Connectivity Project-1 (BRCP-1), Ministry of Commerce now invites eligible consultancy/ research firm to indicate their interest in providing the services. Consultancy/ Research firm must provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services.

A consultancy/research firm will be selected in accordance with the Consultant’s Qualification Based Selection (CQS) method set out in the The World Bank Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 (Updated in 2020) and based on the above qualification and experiences.

The consultancy/research firm is allowed to submit their EOI alone or in the form of Joint venture (JV) or association with sub-consultants to enhance their capacity. However in case of association with sub-consultants qualification and experience of sub-consultants will not be considered for shortlisting.

Terms of Reference (TOR) will be available in the office of the undersigned and also at http://brcp-1.gov.bd/. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours (i.e. 09.00 to 16.00 hours). Expressions of interest must be delivered 01(One) Original copy and 01 (One) Photocopy in a written form to the address below (in person or by email) by 3.00 PM on 16/08/2023. Necessary documents in support of firm’s experience shall have to be submitted.

The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOls without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
