Im Rahmen der Projektvorbereitung „Leistungen von Auftragserteilung bis Baubeginn“ wurden die Termine bzgl. den erforderlichen Sperrzeiten seitens ÖBB

für die Umsetzung bzw. Sanierung der Objekte K6, K12, K12b und K13 abgestimmt. Dadurch ergaben sich neue Termine bzgl. Baustart und Bauende.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers ist aus technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht möglich, da die gegenständliche Vertragsänderung in einem engen wirtschaftlichen bzw. technischen Zusammenhang mit dem ursprünglichen Auftrag steht. Zudem würde ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers für den Auftraggeber zu erheblichen Schwierigkeiten in der Auftragsabwicklung führen, da eine zeitliche Unterbrechung des Auftrages die termingerechte Realisierung des Projektes gefährden und auch unzählige Schnittstellenprobleme aufwerfen würde. In weiterer Folge wäre der Auftraggeber auch mit beachtlichen Zusatzkosten aufgrund von Einarbeitungen, Vorbereitungsmaßnahmen, unvermeidbare Parallelbearbeitung bzw. allfälligen Stehzeiten konfrontiert.
