The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason:
- absence of competition for technical reasons

Explanation:

Im Universitätsklinikum St. Pölten werden gegenwärtig 1487 Spritzen- und Infusionspumpen des Typs Alaris CC Plus und Alaris VP Plus mit dazugehörigen kompatiblen Dockingstations sowie weiterem Zubehör verwendet. Die vorhandene Infusionstechnik soll in einem Gesamtausmaß von 12% reinvestiert bzw. erweitert werden. Die neu anzuschaffende Infusionstechnik muss eine zwingende Kompatibilität mit der vorhandenen Infusionstechnik inkl. Zubehör, insbesondere den vorhandenen Dockingstations, aufweisen. Die damit verbundenen Leistungen und Anforderungen können nur von der Becton Dickinson Austria GmbH mit der Insfusionstechnik des Typs Alaris CC Plus und Alaris VP Plus abgedeckt werden.
