Explanation:

Das Produkt Mesaforte ist seit Gründung der MA 01 Wien Digital in Verwendung und muss nun gemäß der Nutzung angepasst werden.

Wikima4 AG ist der Hersteller von „Mesaforte“ und deren Zusatzfunktionen, welche kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt werden und somit zukunftssicher sind.

Sämtliche Immaterialgüterrechte jeder Art, insbesondere Immaterialgüterrechte am Quellcode dieser Software gehören ausschließlich wikima4.

Die Lizenzrechte an diesen Immaterialgüterrechten, die zur Erbringung der Leistung „Wartung“, „Service“ und „Weiterentwicklung“ erforderlich sind, wurden bis dato keinem Dritten eingeräumt und in absehbarer Zukunft auch nicht eingeräumt.

Daher kann die Leistung nur von der Wikima4 AG erbracht werden.
