Explanation:

Die Xantas GmbH, Europaplatz 2/1/2, 1150 Wien, betreut und wartet seit vielen Jahren die in Österreich eingesetzte Vismedica-SW, deren Hersteller bzw. Tochter des Herstellers Xantas AG, Karl-Heine-Strasse 99, 04229 Leipzig sie auch ist. Für die nun aktuell im Wiener Gesundheitsverbund (WiGeV) notwendigen Erweiterungen der bestehenden Vismedica-Systeme erfüllt nur die Xantas GmbH die erforderlichen Anforderungen sowie das Fachwissen und die Qualifikation als Entwickler der SW um die Erweiterungen fachgerecht im kritischen Umfeld des WiGeV umzusetzen, sodass ein Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Bekanntmachung gemäß § 36 (1) Z3 BVergG 2018 durchgeführt wird.
