Kurze Beschreibung der zusätzlichen oder geänderten Leistungen:

Es handelt sich insbesondere um folgende für die Inbetriebnahme zusätzlich erforderliche bzw. zweckmäßige Leistungsänderungen bzw. -ergänzungen betreffend das ÖBA-Personal:

Erweiterung/Verlängerung des Personaleinsatzplanes aufgrund einer Verlängerung der für die Inbetriebnahme erforderlichen Bautätigkeiten in den relevanten BL 60.09, 60.11 und 60.16 (aufgrund z.B einer Vielzahl von Regieleistungen, Aufarbeitung von Bauschäden sowie außergewöhnlichen Unwetterschäden, zusätzliche kleinräumige Bauleistungen, welche in den Vorgängerbaulosen zurückgestellt wurden und im Zuge der Inbetriebnahmephase notwendig wurden, örtliche Anpassungen der Ausführungsplanung an den Bestand, hoher und verlängerter Aufwand ÖBA bei der Prüfung von Abrechnungsvereinbarungen und MKF-Bearbeitung)

Mengenmehrung bei mehreren Pauschalpositionen (wie insbesondere Büromitteleinsatz und Zurverfügungstellung von Baustellenfahrzeugen) aufgrund der erforderlichen Verlängerung der ÖBA-Leistungen

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
