         Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung und Inbetriebnahme eines Whole Slide Image Scanner Systems inkl. Einschulung, sowie Wartung und Instandhaltung für das erste Vertragsjahr ab Übernahme und (nach dem ersten Vertragsjahr) optionale Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsleistungen für 4 Jahre. Ziel dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist einerseits der Abschluss eines "Vertrags über die Lieferung von Whole Slide Image Scannern" ("Leistungsvertrag") zwischen der AG und der/dem erfolgreichen BieterIn (Erstabruf aus der Rahmenvereinbarung) und andererseits der Abschluss einer "Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Whole Slide Image Scannern" mit der/dem erstgereihten BieterIn als RahmenvereinbarungspartnerIn. Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird für eine Laufzeit von vier Jahren abgeschlossen. Näheres siehe die Ausschreibungsunterlagen.
