      Der hohe Aufwand sowohl auf Seiten des Auftragnehmers (Umstellung) als auch auf der Auftraggeberseite (Investition) rechnet sich erst bei einer Rahmenvereinbarungslaufzeit von 5 Jahren. Eine kürzere Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung wäre unwirtschaftlich für beide Seiten. Die Anschaffungskosten können auf eine längere Laufzeit verteilt werden, das wirkt sich auch auf die Mietpreise pro Stück aus.
