Aufgrund des vorliegenden Abrechnungstandes in Berücksichtigung der noch mehrjährigen Vertragslaufzeit werden einvernehmlich die Regiepositionen erhöht.

Durch die zusätzliche Leistung wird ein zusätzlicher Planungsbereich der für die Erfüllung des Leistungszieles im Gesamten erforderlich ist abgedeckt.Diese zusätzliche Leistung würde zu keiner Veränderung des Bieterkreises führen. Etwaige Zuschlagskriterien werden durch die Änderungen nicht berührt.
