         klimaaktiv ist die Klimaschutzinitiative des Bundesministeriums für Klimaschutz, Umwelt, Energie, Mobilität, Innovation und Technologie (BMK) und Teil der österreichischen Klimastrategie. Die Initiative fungiert als Dialogpartner, Informations- und Serviceplattform für die breite Bevölkerung ebenso wie für zentrale Fach-Communities und hat damit eine Schlüsselrolle im Bereich Bewusstseinsbildung.

         Die AG – die Österreichische Energieagentur – setzt im Auftrag des BMK klimaaktiv seit dem Start im Jahr 2004 operativ um. Die klimaaktiv-Website www.klimaaktiv.at nimmt in der Außenwirkung der Initiative eine zentrale Position ein. Sie wurde im Jahr 2016 zuletzt einem Relaunch unterzogen. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist ein Auftrag über (a) den Relaunch der Website der Klimaschutzinitiative klimaaktiv www.klimaaktiv.at (im Folgenden: klimaaktiv-Website) auf Basis eines bestehenden Grobkonzepts sowie eines ersten Prototypen, (b) die Weiterentwicklung der klimaaktiv-Website, (c) sowie die laufende Wartung, der laufende Support und das laufende Hosting der Website ab dem Relaunch.
