Der GVA Pöchlarn beabsichtigt eine Anpassung an den Stand der Technik und Erweiterung der Kläranlage Pöchlarn. Die Stadtgemeinde Melk plant eine Neuerrichtung der Kläranlage. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Elektro-, Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regeltechnik gemäß Baubeschreibung bzw. Leistungsverzeichnis.

Die 2 ausgeschriebenen Lose – 2 Hauptgruppen (Melk + Pöchlarn) können nur gemeinsam angeboten und nur gemeinsam vergeben werden. Dadurch gleiche Ausrüstungen auf beiden Anlagen.

Die Angebotsbeurteilung und die Bestbieterermittlung erfolgt für das Gesamtangebot.

Der Zuschlag wird gemäß den Angaben in der Ausschreibung dem technisch und wirtschaftlich günstigsten Angebot wie folgt erteilt: Das Angebot mit den geringsten Bewertungskosten ergibt sich als das Bestangebot.

Es wird das für die Auftraggeber günstigste Gesamtangebot ausgewählt; auch wenn durch entsprechende Preisgestaltung allenfalls für ein einzelnes Los nicht das Bestangebot für dieses Los gewählt wird.
