      Aufgrund der vorliegenden zeitlichen Dringlichkeit seitens des Auftraggebers wurde in gemeinsamer Abstimmung eine Angebotsabgabefrist in Höhe von 20 Tagen festgelegt. Die zeitliche Dringlichkeit des Auftraggebers fußt auf auslaufende Lizenz- bzw. Wartungsverträge des derzeit im Einsatz befindlichen Confluence- und Jira Systems. Um einen Systemstillstand zu vermeiden ist also der schnellstmögliche Abschluss des Rahmenvertrags erforderlich.
