         • Gesamtumsatzerlöse netto im Bereich von mindestens EUR 3.500.000,- in jedem der letzten drei Geschäftsjahre; • KSV-Rating mit Wert < = 399 oder ein äquivalentes Rating einer anderen Ratingagentur mit Risikoeinschätzung kein-, sehr geringes- oder geringes Risiko; • aufrechte Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung mit einer Deckungssumme von mindestens EUR 500.000,- oder eine entsprechende Deckungszusage einer Versicherung für den Auftragsfall.          Unternehmensreferenzen: - Es müssen mindestens 500 Handy Devices geliefert worden sein; - das angegebene Unternehmen muss über mindestens 1.000 Mitarbeiter verfügen; - die Abwicklung muss in deutscher Sprache durchgeführt worden sein; - die Geräte müssen über eine DEP (Device Enrollment Program) Registrierung verfügen; - das Referenzprojekt muss bereits (weitgehend) abgeschlossen sein. Dies ist insbesondere dann der Fall, wenn zumindest Teilleistungen abgeschlossen und übergeben wurden (hier: örtlich/funktional abgrenzbare Teilprojektbschnitte). - Referenzprojekte, die vor mehr als 3 Jahren (gerechnet ab dem Tag der Absendung der Bekanntmachung des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens) abgeschlossen wurden, werden nicht berücksichtigt.
