Die zusätzlichen Leistungen während des verlängerten Erfüllungszeitraumes umfassen insbesondere:

+ Datenabfrage von 103 Stk. GW-Messstellen aus der Geodin-DB

+ Datenabgleich Handwerte-Datensammlerwerte der Parameter Wasserstand, Wassertemperatur und elektrische Leitfähigkeit

+ Zusammenfassende Befundaufnahme inkl. tabellarischer Auflistung der Ergebnisse

+ Aktualisierung der Stammdatenblätter

==> Laufzeit Verlängerung um 18 Monate bis zum 31.03.2024

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Nur der ursprüngliche Auftragnehmer besitzt das vollumfängliche Know-How, welches für die künftig zu erbringenden Leistungen unbedingt notwendig ist. Ein Wechsel bzw. die Hinzuziehung eines neuen Auftragnehmers würde zu erheblichen Projektverzögerungen, zu beachtlichen Mehrkosten aufgrund von Doppelbearbeitungen, Einarbeitungen und überdies zu erheblichen Abgrenzungs- und Schnittstellenproblemen im Falle von Gewährleistungs-und/oder Haftungsfällen führen. Ein Wechsel bzw. die Hinzuziehung eines neuen Auftragnehmers wäre somit auch mit einem erheblichen rechtlichen (Zusatz-)Risiko für den Auftraggeber verbunden. Weiters wäre eine Einarbeitung in das Projekt sowie Aufarbeitung der Projekthistorie durch einen neuen AN mit einem erhöhten Koordinierungsaufwand seitens des AG verbunden und sowohl zeit- als auch kostenintensiv. Zusätzlich geht der Synergieeffekt der einheitlichen Leistungserbringung verloren.
