         Den Bietern steht es frei, für Los 1 Variantenangebote im folgenden Rahmen zu machen: Zumindest eine Versicherung für eine Quote von 5 % des ausgeschriebenen Versicherungsvolumens/Versicherungsvertrags muss angeboten werden. Maximal kann eine Versicherung mit einer Quote von 100 % des ausgeschriebenen Versicherungsvolumens/Versicherungsvertrags angeboten werden. Zwischen diesen zwei Extremvarianten kann ein jede Quote des ausgeschriebenen Versicherungsvolumens/Versicherungsvertrags angeboten werden. Optional (§ 356 BVergG 2018) wird eine einmalige Prämienanpassung ausgeschrieben. Leistungszeitraum beginnt mit 01.01.2024. Der Vertrag wird für die Dauer von einem Jahr, also vom 01. Januar 2024, 00:00 Uhr, bis 01. Januar 2025, 00:00 Uhr abgeschlossen. Der Vertrag verlängert sich automatisch jeweils um ein weiteres Jahr.

          Für den Fall, dass bei Los 1 der Auftrag an ein Variantenangebot erteilt wird, dass 100 % der Quote anbietet, wird der Teil der Ausschreibung zu Los 2 (Vertragsabwicklung/Federführung) widerrufen. In diesem Fall bedarf es keiner gesondert zu vergebenden Vertragsabwicklung/Federführung. Sofern kein Angebot für Los 2 vorliegt, behält sich die ACG das Recht vor, mit dem Bieter, der den höchsten Quotenwert in Los 1 erhalten hat, ein Verhandlungsverfahren ohne öffentliche Bekanntmachung durchzuführen. Sollten mehrere Auftragnehmer die gleiche höchste Quote angeboten haben, wird alphabetisch vorgegangen. Falls keine Einigung in den Verhandlungen erzielt wird, behält sich die ACG das Recht vor, Verhandlungen bezüglich der Vertragsabwicklung mit dem Auftragnehmer durchzuführen, der den nächstniedrigeren Quotenwert erhalten hat.

          Als Los 2 wird die Vertragsabwicklung (Federführung) der in Los 1 anzubietenden Versicherungen ausgeschrieben. Los 2 kann nur gemeinsam mit Los 1 angeboten werden. Los 2 muss aber nicht angeboten werden. Voraussetzung für die Beauftragung mit Los 2 ist, dass der Bieter zu Los 2 zumindest mit der Versicherung einer Quote von zumindest 10 % des Gesamtauftragsvoluminas nach Los 1 beauftragt wird. Optional (§ 356 BVergG 2018) wird eine einmalige Prämienanpassung ausgeschrieben. Leistungszeitraum beginnt mit 01.01.2024. Der Vertrag wird für die Dauer von einem Jahr, also vom 01.
