         RFP for the establishment of the Long-Term Agreements (LTA) for the provision of multi-disciplinary consultancy services related to EU accession negotiation process and EU harmonization.

         Notes:

         The scope consists of consultancy services provision related to EU accession. The LTAs are subjected to mandatory secondary bidding for Consultancy Services.

         UNOPS will use the results of this solicitation process to establish Long Term Agreements with more than one vendor (Maximum of 3 LTAs ) for a period of 2 years with the possibility of extension. Prices quoted against this RFP shall remain fixed for an initial period of 2 years from the date of signature of the Long Term Agreement. The supplier may be allowed to request a price adjustment at the end of the initial period subject to the UNOPS approval process stipulated in the Procurement Manual (Ref: Duration, amendment of LTAs 11.4.4.)
