         Es sollen die Leistungen der Projektentwicklung für das Bauvorhaben Schleife Rankweil beschafft werden. Neben der Projektentwicklung soll die Umsetzung des entwickelten Projektes (Errichtung) und dessen anschließender Betrieb auf Basis der Vergabe eines Baurechts der AG optional angeboten werden. Die AG soll in der Lage versetzt sein, auf ein zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt einzuholendes Angebot des zukünftigen AN (= Projektentwickler) auf Umsetzung des entwickelten Projektes und Betrieb auf Basis der Vergabe eines Baurechts zuschlagen zu können. Ob die Option abgerufen wird, liegt im alleinigen Ermessen der AG.

         Auf Basis des Leistungsbildes Projektentwicklung WKÖ, Bundesinnung Bau, Band 4 Projekt-Management, Stand Dezember 2018 (= Grundlage der Leistungsbeschreibung in 2. Stufe), sind ergänzend zu den bereits geleisteten Vorarbeiten aus dem ROKEP-Prozess und dem vertiefenden Experten-Workshop für das Areal Schleife vom Oktober 2022 Leistungen der Projektentwicklung zu erbringen.
