         Die gegenständliche Vergabe betrifft die Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit Kontaktoffensiven und Wahlinformationen rund um die AK Wahl im Frühjahr 2024. Der Bedarf umfasst die gesamte Projektleitung, die Erstellung des Gesprächsleitfadenerstellung und eine sozialwissenschaftliche Begleitung des Projektes. Darüber hinaus ist innerhalb des Wahlzeitraums eine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit rund 100.000 AK-Mitgliedern geplant, um diese an über die Wahl zu informieren und zur Stimmabgabe zu mobilisieren. Im Zuge dessen ist es daher relevant, dass eine umfassende Kenntnis der gewerkschaftlichen Institutionen bzw. Kenntnisse hinsichtlich der AK, den AK-Wahlen und nahestehenden Themengebieten besteht oder angeeignet wird.

          Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird für vier Jahre abgeschlossen. Es wird beabsichtigt ca. 1.500 Personentage für die Durchführung von Telefonaten und ca. 300 Personentage für die übrigen Leistungsteile abzurufen.
