Unterhaltsreinigungen in unterschiedlichsten Bereichen im RZ (Büro- und Besprechungsräume, Sozial- und Nassräume, Gänge, Stiegenhäuser, Eingangsbereiche, Aufzugskabinen, Technikräume, Archive, Lager, Medizinische Räume bzw.          Es handelt sich hierbei um einen mit unbefristeter Laufzeit ausgeschriebenen Leistungsumfang. Da zwangsläufig im gegenständlichen Formular eine "Laufzeit" angeführt werden muss, wurden 48 Monate (für die Berechnung der Schätzkosten bei unbefristeten Verträgen lt. BVergG 2018 i.d.g.F. maßgeblich) angegeben, welche jedoch nicht der tatsächlichen Laufzeit, die ja unbefristet sein wird, entspricht.
