The Commonwealth of Australia represented by the Department of Defence is establishing subcategory 4C for HydroScheme Industry Partnership Program (HIPP) Client Representative/Quality Assurance (CRQA) Services under the Australian Geospatial-Intelligence Organisation (AGO) Geospatial Goods and Services Panel (GeoPanel).

The CRQA services are required for work undertaken through the AGO Maritime Geospatial Branch HIPP Panel.

Other Instructions:

An industry briefing is scheduled at 1400 hrs (AEDST) on 12 January 2026 via Microsoft Teams.

Tenderers are encouraged to register and attend the industry briefing.

Nominations to attend the briefing are to be forwarded in wirting to the Contact Officer at ago.geopanel@defence.gov.au by close of business on 9 January 2026.

Tenderers are to note that responses to tenderers questions will not be provided during the Defence stand down period from 25 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 inclusive.

Conditions for Participation:

The Commonwealth will exclude a response from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that:

• The Tenderer does not exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time;

• The Tenderer is named as non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (WGE Act), where the Tenderer is a relevant employer for the purposes of the WGE Act; and

• The Tenderer does not hold a valid and satisfactory Statement of Tax Record, or a tax receipt issued by the ATO at the Closing Time.
