Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from parties active in development, construction and/or the sale of new apartment and/or townhouse projects to investors in Rockingham, Western Australia (WA).

Properties to be delivered under the Build to Lease Program would be leased from the investor, or your organisation if retaining the property. DHA is not looking to purchase properties or contract builders to construct properties as part of this procurement process.

*DHA will lease back the property if, on completion of construction of the property, DHA is satisfied that the property has been completed in accordance with DHA requirements.
