Phase One:
The successful bidder will be responsible for the following deliverables for each of the above-mentioned topics:
Phase Two:
The AASB intends to roll out a series of targeted industry-based workshops, starting with a pilot, and then tailoring the approach as required.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the following deliverable:
Respondents may also include a bid for the series of targeted industry-based workshops, allowing flexibility for tailoring based on the outcomes of the pilot workshop. Respondents should assume 10 workshops in addition to the pilot – facilitation costs only.
Pilot workshop to be held in Melbourne. The location of other workshops is to be determined, with the potential for multiple locations across Australia.
Other Instructions:Full proposals are required to ensure that the scope of the work can be fully evaluated. Proposals should be a maximum of five pages and should include separate pricing (including GST) for each phase and any other relevant information.
Facilitation costs are intended to describe costs directly associated with preparing/delivering the pilot workshop and exclude any indirect costs (e.g., travel, room hire, catering, etc.). If there is any doubt about costs, interested parties are encouraged to itemise costs so far as possible to facilitate transparent comparisons.
All Phase 1 and Phase 2 deliverables must be AASB branded and will remain the property of the AASB. The AASB will not provide subject matter experts or preexisting materials for conversion into outputs for this project.

Timeframe for Delivery:Phase 1: to be completed by 30 June 2025.
Phase 2: pilot workshop to be completed by 31 August 2025. Workshop series to be conducted between September 2025 - March 2026.
