The National Capital Authority (NCA) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experience contactor to undertake the removal of environmental weed from the northern shore of Springbank Island. Springbank Island is located in the West Lake region of Lake Burley Griffin.

The key project outcomes include the following:

• To eradicate the environmental weed that is dominating the northern shore of the island.
• To plant and establish a tree canopy as set out in the attached schematic drawing set for stage 3 landscape.
• To ultimately imrpove the aesthertic and functionality of Springbank Island to Lake users and the general public.
• Other Instructions:

There is a non-mandotory on-site industry briefing session during the tender period. This will occur on the 14 January 2025 at 10am. Questions can be provided to the contract officer up to 23 January 2025 and an addendum will be published on Austender.
