The aim of this contract is to provide a managed Information and Records management service which allows the storage, retrieval, and disposal of Welsh Government physical records.

The service provided under this contract will include:

• provision of secure and possibly segregated storage accommodation

• collection, cataloguing, and storage of records belonging to the Welsh Government

• retrieval of records belonging to the Welsh Government

• destruction of records belonging to the Welsh Government

• ability to provide services in line with emerging technologies

• delivery and collection of records by contractors own secure transport
