2 Contract Details
2.1 Title

Regeneration of Green Spaces, Penderry, Swansea SPF23-037

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Pobl Group wishes to appoint a Contractor to undertake the design and work for the Regeneration of Green Spaces at Penderry, Swansea.

This project is partly funded by Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) SPF23-037 in conjunction with Swansea Council and external partners.

The project will commence in March and must be completed by December 31st 2024.

The Group would also like to invite potential suppliers to a supplier day and walk / view of the sites.
