The Welsh Language Commissioner wishes to procure a survey in order to evaluate the extent to which local authorities and the Welsh national parks authority have assessed the achievement of their 5-year strategies for promoting and facilitating the use of the Welsh language adequately, and prepared new strategies, in accordance with the Commissioner"s guidance.
