Provision of a Low Carbon Heating Installation

The Group intends to establish a Contract with suitably qualified and

experienced Contractor for the Provision of a Low Carbon Heating

Installation, based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.

This Tender includes two alternative proposals:

Option One is a proposed hybrid installation consisting of an air source heat

pump and a multi split air conditioning system.

Option Two is a proposed multi split air conditioning system serving the entire

building. The Group will decide which option is most advantageous, once

tenders have been returned and assessed.
