•Principal Designer, Employers Agent & Clerk of Works

•Energy Consultation Dilapidations

•Party Wall Legislation and procedures.

•Non-intrusive inspection surveys for damp and/or condensation

•Disrepair Surveys

•Training/Mentoring for Stock Condition Surveys.
