Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council are seeking tenders for converting the former Merthyr Tydfil bus station building into a public realm space. The bus station has been removed as part of the enabling works inclusive of hard-standings, leaving the site at grade. The main elements of work to be undertaken as part of the Main Contract include site preparation including removal of hazardous material, hard and soft landscaping, street furniture installations and external street lighting
