Nant y Parc Primary School Delivery of Childcare for Afternoon Playgroup/wraparound and After School

2.2

Description of the goods or services required

This is a call for competition for Nant Y Parc Primary School

Nant Y Parc Primary School have the requirement for a childcare provider to offer childcare places for:-

An afternoon playgroup / wrap around in particular to support delivery of childcare places under the Childcare Offer for Wales.

An After School Provision for children attending Nant-y-Parc Primary School

School Holiday Provision to support local children during school holidays, including those accessing the Childcare Offer for Wales

Nant Y Parc are requesting for expression of interest from interested childcare providers who are registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) to develop this provision.

To express an interest childcare providers must email their expression of interest to Nicola Davies, Head Teacher DaviesN65@sch.caerphilly.gov.uk

no later than 15:00 hours (3pm) Monday 25 September 2023

Interested childcare providers are being requested to provide an expression of interest in line with the attached expression of interest document.

In conjunction with the Local Authority Early Years Department and advice and guidance from Procurement, the Governors of the school will follow a three stage process to select the most suitable childcare provider

Stage One - Expression of Interest from the Childcare provider

Stage Two - Interview

Stage Three - Preferred Bidder Stage, Vetting and Toolkits
