The Authority is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for Legal Accountants on an ongoing basis to independently review fee notes and itemised invoices, received by the Authority / Police Scotland, from Legal agents involved in relevant existing legal proceedings or new cases.

The publication of this PIN will be used to undertake preliminary market research and to inform the market of the Authority"s intention to procure a Legal Accountancy Services Framework and gauge interest therein.

The scope of any potential procurement exercise is subject to change. This exercise is being carried out in advance of any formal procurement exercise, it s not a pre-qualification or tendering exercise. At this point in time, there is no set date for a formal procurement exercise. All information contained within this notice is subject to change.

If your organisation has the capability and capacity to deliver this service, please note your interest no later than Wednesday 23rd August. Noting interest also means your organisation agrees to further engagement with the Authority on this project, prior to any ensuing Contract Notice.
