This PIN is a Pre-Market Engagement issued by Ateb Group to encourage businesses to register and bid for an anticipated Provision of Property Repairs and Void Works Framework Agreement.

Ateb Group is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord that was set up to manage, maintain and improve over 3,000 properties spread throughout the Pembrokeshire County.

Ateb Group is seeking to appoint contractors to a 3-year Framework Agreement with the option to extend to a further 2-year period in 12-month instalments, and it is anticipated that work will be allocated to contractors through ‘Call-off Contracts on a rotational basis’. The works programme will comprise of the Provision of Property Repairs and Void Works of Ateb housing stock.

It is anticipated that the annual value of the Framework will be in the region of 1.5m GBP.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement

This PIN is a Pre-Market Engagement issued by Ateb Group to encourage businesses to register and bid for an anticipated Provision of Property Repairs and Void Works Framework Agreement.

Ateb Group is seeking to engage contractors with a proven track record of delivering best practice on comparable contracts and able to work pro-actively with Ateb Group to assist in delivering its social and environmental agenda within the communities in which it operates.

Interested contractors are invited to attend a ‘Meet the Buyer’ event, held on 26th July 2023, at the Bridge Innovation Centre, Pembroke Dock. The day will allow interested contractors the opportunity to meet with Ateb Group’s representatives where they will present an overview of the upcoming framework to give you an understanding of our requirements. In addition to this, following our presentation we will open the floor to Q&A, Ateb Group hopes that by providing this opportunity, contractors can demonstrate what is currently possible in the market and to help confirm our requirements moving forward.

We are seeking to appoint a maximum of Four contractors to a Three-year framework agreement (Option to extend for a further two) for works that will comprise of the Provision of Property Repairs and Void Works Ateb Group owned void domestic properties.

Please note that the ‘Meet the Buyer’ event will only be carried out on this day and is open to all interested suppliers to attend the Presentation and ask questions on the upcoming framework.

Please note that recording an interest is voluntary and potential tenderers will not be advantaged or disadvantaged through participation in the ‘Meet the Buyer’ event and any discussions held will not form part of any formal tender process. Ateb Group reserves the right to change its requirements prior to the Contract Notice being issued and this PIN does not commit Ateb Group to undertake any procurement process.

It is anticipated that a Contract Notice will be published on the 4th of August 2023 subject to change.
