Norfolk County Council are seeking to procure a children and young person"s drug and alcohol and affected others service or services. This service is for an evidence based targeted and specialist substance misuse service for the Children and Young People (CYP) of Norfolk and a service aimed at reducing and managing the impact of the substance use of others on children and young people in Norfolk.
