The purpose of this procurement process is to provide the 22 Local Authorities in Wales including for Welsh Government on behalf of the County Surveyors Society Wales (CSSW), with the necessary professional services in connection with Highway Asset Management Planning. The Local Authorities including for Welsh Government are seeking Consultants that have the necessary experience and expertise in the development of highway asset management planning and processes.
