Maintenance and Servicing of the Council"s Goods and Passenger Lifts

The contract comprises the inspection, testing, maintenance, cleaning and repairs of all lift services and equipment together with written reports, asset lists and drawings (where required) to all Council operated lifts.

The lifts include hydraulic, traction, platform and stair lifts together with hoists, servicing to be monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and half yearly depending upon the individual requirement of each lift.

Repairs to be carried out if required.

The Contractor will be required to provide a 24 hour callout service for the duration of the contract
