GTR are looking for a partner to provide the provision of Ticketless Travel Surveys for a minimum of 4 surveys, at 2 surveys per year, one summer and one winter (up to 31st March 2025).

The scope of the requirement includes sites across the entire GTR network which stretches across the South East of England.

GTR intend to engage a partner for the provision of the services under this tender

for a minimum of 4 surveys, at 2 surveys per year, one summer and one winter.

A range of 59000 to 64000 are to be completed between rail periods 1-6 and 7-13

at the locations mentioned above.

The initial term will include 4 x surveys which will be broken down as follows:

• 2023 - 1 x summer survey

• 2024 - 2 x surveys, winter & summer

• 2025 - 1 x winter survey

The optional extension may include the below surveys:

• 2025 - 1 x summer survey

• 2026 - 2 x surveys, winter & summer

• 2027 - 2 x surveys, winter & summer

• 2028 - 1 x winter survey
