Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual/firm to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is the summary of the work to be performed: The external collaborator will provide professional proofreading services for a 160-page report on National Study on access to early childhood education and care and women’s economic empowerment in Ukraine. Additionally, the consultant will proofread the Executive Summary (10 pages) and the Policy Brief (10 pages). The objective is to ensure that the document is ready for publication and meets high standards of clarity, consistency, and accuracy as well as ILO standards. Specifically, the contractor will: • Proofread the full documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and typographical errors, in line with ILO editorial standards. • Check for clarity and readability, improving sentence structure where necessary without altering the meaning or substantive content. • Ensure consistency in terminology, acronyms, spelling, style, and formatting throughout the document, in accordance with it. • Review citations, references, tables, and figures for accuracy in numbering and consistency of formatting, while ensuring they comply with ILO citation style. • Verify conformity with ILO terminology and ILO policy framework.
