Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The external
collaborator will undertake a documentary photography assignment at project sites in Bangkok and vicinity, Kanchanaburi, Rayong, and Chiang Mai or Mae Sot to capture high-quality images
of workers and, where relevant, employers. The photography will document daily work activities and practices, including work processes, workplace interactions, tools and equipment, and
the working and living environments, with particular attention to portraying the effort, skills, dignity, and agency of the subjects. Photographs must be natural, respectful, and
non-staged, accurately reflecting real working conditions and contexts, and compliant with ILO ethical and communication standards, including informed consent. The photographer will
capture a diverse range of compositions, including vertical and horizontal images, full-length shots and close-ups, and photographs of individuals, pairs, and small groups. The assignment
will require a maximum of nine (11) days of photography, including travel, plus two (2) days for post-production, for a total of eleven (13) working days, to be carried out between March
to May 2026, with photography days scheduled non-consecutively as required. Deliverables include 100 publishable, high-resolution images with English captions in line with ILO metadata
standards, as well as all remaining images taken during the assignment, submitted within one week of completing the final location. If you are interested, please express interest and
