Provision of Conference or Exhibition related Printing and Production Services for ESCAP, Bangkok Thailand (Албания - Тендер #70701774)

Description

1. The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (“ESCAP”) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI), from qualified vendors, for the provision of exhibition and printing services, including production and installation of exhibition booths, backdrops, banners, brochures, and other exhibition-related materials, including digital displays and LED video walls, at the United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC), Bangkok, Thailand and selected hotels in the close proximity of UNCC. 2. Introduction: ESCAP’s Conference and General Services Section offers a one-stop conference support service to event organizers, from conference planning, registration, exhibition, video conferencing, webcasting to catering services. Over 3,000 meetings are annually held at the UNCC, some of which organize exhibitions in the margins of their meetings and require printing of various exhibition-related materials. 3. Scope of Services: The selected contractor will be responsible for the production and installation of exhibition booths, backdrops, banners, brochures, and other exhibition-related materials, including digital displays and LED video walls. The scope is divided into following three (3) lots: 3.1. Lot 1 includes production, installation and dismantling exhibition booths, backdrops, banners and other printing materials using conventional synthetic print materials such as PVC, PP Board, Vinyl and Fabrics; 3.2. Lot 2 includes production, installation and dismantling exhibition booths, backdrops, banners and other printing materials using sustainable print materials such as corrugated cardboard, honeycomb and other appropriate paper-based material; and 3.3. Lot 3 includes digital exhibition containing digital displays and LED video walls. 4. Contract duration: The Contract shall be for the duration of three (3) years, with possibility of extension under the same terms and conditions for two (2) one (1) year periods upon satisfactory performance (3+1+1). An extension of contract shall be at the UN’s sole discretion and shall also be subject to budgetary appropriations, and contractor’s performance. ESCAP reserves the right to change or cancel this requirement at any stage of the EOI and/or solicitation process.
