Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: ILO is looking for a consultant to undertake an assessment and deliver a proposal for establishing enterprise human resource training fund which aims to the study and evaluate the current domestic situation and international experiences regarding corporate human resources training, as well as the scope of enterprises, funding sources, contribution levels, implementation modalities, and expenditure tasks of corporate training funds. This will provide a foundation for building a framework for corporate training fund that enables enterprises to implement the training in a timely, effective, and efficient manner, concurrent with the provisions of the Vocational Education Law, which will take effect from July 1, 2026.
