Provision of Transportation and Professional Driving Services for ESCAP in Bangkok, Thailand (Албания - Тендер #70482759)

Description

The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pasific (ESCAP) is seeking an Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced companies for the provision of transportation and professional driving services in support of ESCAP"s official operations in Bangkok, Thailand. Scopes of Services: The required services includes, but is not limited to, the provision of: (a) Passenger vehicles accompanied by qualified and experienced drivers; (b) Buses or vans with qulified and experienced drivers to support official transportation requirements, including meetings, conferences, field missions, and other official activities; and (c) Stand-alone professional driving services to operate ESCAP-provided vehicles, as required. Service Location: Services will be primarily rendered at and from the United Nations Building, Rajadamnern Nok Avenue, Bangkok, Thailand, as well as other locations desginated by ESCAP. Contract Duration: The initial contract period will be three (3) years, with the possibility of two (2) additional extensions of two (2) years each. Any contract extension shall be at the sole discretion of ESCAP and subject to satisfactory contractor performance, availability of budgetary resources, and evolving operational requirements. ESCAP reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this requirement at any stage of the EOI and/or solicitation process.
