Description

FAO Indonesia is seeking an eligible entity to serve as a Service Provider for the following services: National Communication, Outreach, and Institutional Readiness Support for the Early Implementation of the BBNJ Agreement. The selected Service Provider shall support FAO and MMAF in the implementation of national communication, outreach, and capacity-building activities related to the BBNJ Agreement. The specific services shall include: 1. Design and implementation of a national BBNJ communication and awareness campaign targeting government institutions, academia, civil society, and the private sector. 2. Development of a communication strategy and implementation plan aligned with MMAF and FAO communication and visibility guidelines. 3. Production of communication and outreach materials, including brochures, infographics, policy briefs, presentations, and digital content, in Bahasa Indonesia and English. 4. Organization and facilitation of awareness events, outreach activities, and stakeholder engagement sessions. 5. Design and delivery of capacity-building workshops at national and selected local levels covering key elements of the BBNJ Agreement. 6. Development of training modules, reference materials, and participant toolkits to support institutional learning and continuity. 7. Documentation of activities, including meeting minutes, workshop reports, participant lists, and summaries of key outcomes. 8. Preparation and submission of inception, progress, and final reports to FAO and MMAF Your proposal must be submitted to FAO-ID@fao.org no later than 23 February 2026 with email subject containing: "IFP LOA BBNJ"
