REOI WASH&Dignity Kits and NFI Kits (Албания - Тендер #69438286)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) does not constitute a formal solicitation. We do not request bids or proposals at this stage. The goal of this REOI is to identify and engage suppliers capable of assembling complete kits composed of quality-assured components. A kit is a pre-assembled set of individual items packaged together in a carton box to meet a specific need or purpose, designed for efficient distribution to households or end users, including in emergency or rapid-response contexts (as provided as an example in UNGM). The REOI aims to collect information on existing capacities, technical capabilities, certifications, production standards, lead times, and potential for sustained supply at scale. The REOI is a regional REOI and supports ongoing efforts to explore regional demand aggregation, which could create larger and more efficient procurement opportunities in West and Central Africa.
This REOI is not a request for quotation or a tender but an information-gathering exercise intended to pre-map and better understand available suppliers capable of assembling complete kits composed of quality-assured components. Companies responding to this REOI may be invited to participate in future procurement processes. A response to this REOI does not automatically ensure that you will be selected to participate in a tender or be selected for procurement. UNICEF will not be responsible for the costs you would incur in preparing and submitting the information requested. UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the REOI and/or any future solicitation process. UNICEF also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing any future tender documents. All submissions will be treated confidentially
and UNICEF is not prepared to agree and sign a Non Disclosure Agreement with any REOI participant.
UNICEF invites companies to provide clear and accurate information, as UNICEF will be better positioned to assess any proposals from these companies in future tendering processes.
