Description

The Senior Consultant will support the ILO Country Office in Egypt in enhancing strategic communications and partnership coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESCR) for the Be Ready Presidential Initiative. The consultant"s key responsibilities include strengthening collaboration mechanisms, planning and executing Be Ready and THAMM Plus project activities and facilitating resource mobilization to secure additional funding. Tasks involve maintaining regular coordination with MoHESCR, serving as the main communication channel, and overseeing the rollout of Be Ready initiatives, including training and curriculum reviews. The consultant will also engage with key partners and contribute to donor engagement efforts, updating concept notes and developing communication materials. Deliverables include an inception report, monthly updates, a strategic cooperation note, donor concept inputs, and a final report with recommendations.
