Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labour Office (ILO) seeks an External Collaborator to support the development of a policy paper and recommendations on recruitment mechanisms in Lebanon’s agricultural sector. The work involves analysing existing and alternative recruitment models, consulting with cooperatives, private sector actors, and government institutions, identifying best practices and legal/regulatory requirements, and presenting actionable policy principles to facilitate high-level engagement and sectoral reforms. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
