Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The terms of reference attached detail the design and layout work needed to complete 8 publications in English and French. To submit a proposal, please provide: - A financial proposal for the publications you would be available to produce by indicating the exact reference number of each publication and the number of days of work. - Samples of 4 similar publications delivered since 2022 (links to PDF and Adobe InDesign package). - Contact details for 3 references who can vouch for your work on the samples provided, including delivery of quality and timely work. The proposal must be submitted in the English language by 08:00 Central European Time 11 November 2025. Any questions, may be sent by 11:00 Central European Time 6 November and will be replied to by 16:00 Central European Time 7 November2025. Suppliers will be informed whether they have been selected by 18:00 Central European Time 13 November 2025. Work will begin after contracting on 14 November 2025. N.B. ILO anticipates that this assignment has been thoroughly assessed and that the proposal includes all work described in the terms of reference. Should any additional work be necessary, it must agreed with ILO prior to execution. Any unapproved work will not be compensated.
