Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO seeks an external collaborator to adapt the ILO “Work Wise Youth” training material to the Kosovo* legal and institutional context. Tasks include conducting desk research and reviewing relevant legislation and policies; updating legal and policy references; revising terminology to reflect local usage; and developing localized examples, case studies, and exercises relevant to Kosovo’s youth, including NEETs, rural youth, displaced youth, and young women. The collaborator will prepare a draft version for ILO review, integrate feedback, and deliver a final, proofread Albanian-language toolkit, fully formatted and pedagogically ready for training use.
