Dear Sir / Madam, We have received your bid submitted in response to FAOSY Invitation to Bid (2025/FNSYR/FNSYR/132763) for provision of Lab equipment, Kindly be informed that FAO intend to increase the required quantity of some Items to be delivered to new location. Therefore, we would herewith like to invite you to submit your Best and Final Offer. The technical aspects of your offer for this tender shall remain identical to those of your original offer. Within the scope of this BAFO no modified technical proposals and offered brand are permitted, and such offer will be rejected. The preferred delivery date for goods on site, is within 90 days from the issuance of the Purchase Order. Suppliers are therefore requested to quote their best commercial offer and offer their best delivery time in calendar days following receipt of eventual Purchase Order. FAO reserves the right to consider offers for delivery beyond the preferred delivery date if the offered delivery date still meets FAO requirements.
