Description

UNICC has issued this ITB to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder for the provision of Rubrik hardware. The ITB consists of the following attachments: Main ITB Document – Rubrik Hardware Annex 1 - Technical response summary (to complete) Annex 2 - Financial response summary (to complete) Annex 3 - Confidentiality Undertaking (to complete and sign) - Integrated in the main ITB document Annex 4 - Vendor Information Form (to complete) - Integrated in the main ITB document Annex 5 – UNICC General Conditions (to complete and sign) - Integrated in the main ITB document Annex 6 - Self Declaration Form (to complete and sign) - Integrated in the main ITB document Annex 7 - UNICC Third Party Environmental Questionnaire Annex 8 - Question and Answer Template (to complete if you have any questions) Any contract that will be issued as a result of this ITB shall be subject to the UNICC General Conditions. By responding to the tender, the vendor acknowledges that your company have fully read and understood, and agree to be bound by, the General Terms and Conditions of UNICC. Any questions concerning the ITB must be addressed in one correspondence only (i.e., bidders can only submit one set of questions one time) using the Annex 8 - Question and Answer Template to submit via “Correspondence” tab no later than COB Friday, 10 October 2025. No other direct or indirect communication is permitted during the ITB process. Replies must be submitted in strict accordance with the requirements and time frames given in the ITB in order to be considered for further technical and financial assessments.
