Call for External Collaborator – Junior Consultant to support the ILO-UNICEF TRANSFORM initiative in MENA (Албания - Тендер #67556656)

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Under the current TRANSFORM Work Plan, the junior consultant will provide support to the coordination of the inter-agency Advisory Group by helping to organize quarterly meetings, following up on decisions, and liaising with the TRANSFORM Africa Hub on shared priorities. They will contribute to the Institutionalization Strategy through regional consultations and technical inputs. The consultant will also support the development and roll-out of TRANSFORM by assisting country offices with training activities, coordinating master trainer accreditation and Training of Trainers, and contributing to the 2024–2025 and 2026 Work Plans, including new module development. Additional responsibilities include helping with the promotion of TRANSFORM regionally and globally through strengthened communications and partnerships, contributing to fundraising materials and events, and exploring cost-recovery options. Finally, they will help the Regional Social Protection Specialist advance broader ILO regional social protection activities by facilitating knowledge exchange and strengthening collaboration with partners such as ISSA and SocialProtection.org.
